It’s great that you are doing a Step Up for one of our programmes! Here are a few general tips & tricks to ensure you are fully prepared for it.

• Be yourself. The more you dare to share, the easier it will be.
• Other colleagues’ experiences and tips are shared on the Step Up For Good Yammer page.
• Go through the general terms and conditions of the Step Up For Good platform if you have not already done so.
• Make sure you arrive on time at the location where you will do your Step Up.
• If you have any questions or anything is unclear then email us at csr@vodafoneziggo.com but always check the FAQs page before you do so.
• You can share pictures on social media or internal channels at any time but only if you have obtained the written consent of the persons recognisable in the pictures before you share these pictures.

Above all, don’t forget to enjoy yourself! You will be contributing to a better society and you should be proud of that.
